Spray Foam Equipment Service and Repair
To much of our competition, the idea of customer service is simply delivering foam in a box truck, but we believe there’s a lot more to it than that. We make it a point to support you even before your very first purchase. You can call us and ask as many questions as you’d like before you even get involved in the spray foam business. Once you’ve made a decision that the business is for you, we’ll assist you at every step of the way.
We go the extra miles to set our customers up for success through equipment selection - we can build your rig if you want us to, to training - both in our location and on the job, and, of course, our legendary, never-ending technical support after the sale. We have the largest inventory of SPF equipment and parts in New England to get you spraying and keep you spraying. Further, we have the largest selection of spray foam nationwide, with five different types of closed-cell foam and three different types of open-cell foams, including multiple colors of DC315 intumescent coating and various silicone and acrylic coatings. In fact, we are the largest distributor of DC315 in the United States.
We do everything we can to keep you spraying from Day One. We have three full-time shop technicians in case some repairs are just too big for you to handle. Should your rig go down, we offer three state-of-the-art integrated reactor rental rigs so that even if your rig comes to a halt your business doesn’t have to. We have been a top 20 Graco Distributor for the past six years in a row. Other companies have one or two technicians to service the whole nation where we have three full time shop technicians, plus the owner of the company and two technical sales reps (one currently in training) available just for our customers in the Northeast! Whenever you are shut down you can call and get an immediate answer to your question or immediate help, instead of waiting for someone to call you back because they don’t have the staff.
All we do is foam and foam-related products. We don’t sell inferior products such as fiberglass or cellulose just to make a profit. We are passionate about the foam industry, where it’s come and where it’s going. In fact we are the only place nationwide that provides three-day-long monthly training classes for our applicators – at no charge! There has to be a reason why people from all over the world come to our training. We’ve done successful trainings in Barbados, Uzbekistan and beyond, as well as all over the United States. As part of our monthly training we have built a state-of-the-art spray booth where would be servicers can spray into makeshift wall cavities. Our business is based on more than profit - we do what we love and we love what we do. Let us help you succeed and you’ll love it too!
